Bosworth Water Trust is a 50-acre leisure park with 20 acres for dinghy, boardsailing and fishing. Day and season tickets are available for the lakes.
We have a range of equipment and clothing for hire. The water for the lake is supplied from a borehole 400ft below ground, so clean water is always guaranteed. There are changing rooms, toilets, showers, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and R.Y.A courses are available on site.
The site is well grassed and gently sloping. We have our own crazy golf course which is open throughout the entire season.
Bosworth Water Trust is situated near to Market Bosworth boasting such sites as Twycross Zoo, Bosworth Steam Railway,
the Snibston Discovery Park and of
course its historic battlefield.
There is a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants within one mile of Bosworth Water Trust. There is also a lakeside cafe open during the main season.
Bosworth Water Trust is reconised by the Royal Yachting Association, The British Canoe Union, And The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority. We can offer courses ranging from beginner courses right up to instructor training.
The camping and caravan areas at
Bosworth Water Trust are adjacent to
the lake making it very convenient to
launch your own equipment or simply
to watch the water sports.
We can site up to 56 caravans on electric hook-up's, these pitches are individually spaced and marked so you are never "cramped for space". We can also offer space for non-electric caravan pitches and tents.
We do fill up very quickly in the summer months so it is advisable to book in advance, simply phone, fax or e-mail us.
Sailing Courses: The Six week Level 2 sailing courses run on Saturday afternoon from 1pm until 4.30pm. The next course will be running on the 4th of march and it is booking up fast. We only take six students maximum so please book early.
Windsurfing Courses RYA level 1, This course is 4 sessions of 2 1/2 tuition, this takes you from beginner to level 1 standard. The course costs £95. RYA level 2, Improving technique is a 1 day course. We provide 4 hours tuition, with the course covering harness lines, beach starts, foot straps, tacking & gybing. The course costing £60. Power Boat Courses
RYA level 1+2 power boat, This is a 2 day course covering basic boat control to high & low speed manouvers, towing exercises, boat safety. Safety boat, This is a more advanced course covering handling techniques, recovery of other vessels, different boat designs & engines, VHF. Both courses costing £150 each.
Formally known as the Trumpet Caravan & Camp Site but due to confusion with the neighbouring pub we have decided to change our name.
The name Pixley comes from the name of our Parish.
Three large grassed paddocks with excellent facilities set on the Herefordshire/Gloucestershire borders.
One field away is the local pub which is open all day and serves meals.

Ledbury is situated in the heart
of the English Countryside, in the

the beautiful and old Malvern Hills, close

Although, set in a quiet rural area, it has excellent travel connections, with easy access to major airports, intercity train services, and the motorway network.
It is approximately 1 hour's drive to Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff. 2-2.5 hours drive takes us to London, Manchester
and Cambridge
For the fisherman, perhaps the finest fishery in the area is but a small journey away, Created by Brian Powell in 1984, The Three Counties Fisheries is a family business which aims to offer Coarse and Game fishing to suit the majority of anglers.
Quality fishing, friendly staff and excellent catches ensure that anglers return to our waters time and time again, frequently traveling great distances to do so!
