Situated 3 miles outside Chester and a mile from the A55, the main thoroughfare into North Wales, Digby Farm is the ideal location to base yourselves whilst you discover the delights of the North West and Wales.

Digby Farm has been home to a Caravan Club CL for over 25 years and welcomes (Caravan Club Member) visitors all year round. The site has both grass and hardstanding pitches to suit all requirements and preferences although the grass pitches will generally be unavailable from October to March.

We welcome children and dogs although we insist the latter be kept on a lead at all times. Young children mustn't be allowed to wander unattended off the site for obvious safety reasons.

The Caravan site has hard standing, electric hook-ups and water, with showers and toilets available. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and is within easy reach of a variety of tourist attractions. CL site available for use by club members only.

From the caravan site there are some beautiful walks, Whitegate way, lots of public footpaths. Delamere forest is close (4miles) excellent for walking. Warrington anglers run the fishing on the 2 lakes which are in walking distance from the site.

Common Barn Farm, Smith Lane, Rainow, Macclesfield
Common Barn Farm is located in Rainow near Macclesfield, Cheshire. They have a designated area for campers, motorhomes and caravans situated within their 250 acres of farmland, making it an ideal location for a quiet and peaceful stay within the Peak District National Park.

The camping field itself occupies a raised position and offers panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and nearby Lamaload Reservoir. The field is bordered by dry stone walls, beyond which is lush meadow farm land with grazing sheep and plenty of wildlife.

For caravans and motorhomes, they have a large gravel carpark located adjacent to the farm house. Electric is supplied by means of a cable from the barn. If you do not need electric, then you can park within one of the fields depending on weather conditions. There is a public footpath passing through the farm which connects with the famous Gritstone trail and fly fishing is available at nearby Errwood Reservoir which is approximately 2.5 miles away. There are also two pubs within a 20 minute walk which offer real cask ales and traditional pub food

There are currently no electrical hook-ups in the fields. Motorhomes and caravans can hook up in the main
car park.

There is cold water available from a tap outside of the Tea Room and hot water available from the washrooms.At present there are no shower facilities for campers.

As they are a farm, we have a very large area available for campers so you needn't worry about being too close to other pitches.

There are no shops within walking distance; however the on site Tea Room will be able to supply essentials such as milk, tea & coffee. There is a 24 hour Tesco store only a 12 minute drive away in Macclesfield, and also a small off-license a little closer on the way to Rainow. A facility for freezing ice-packs is available.

Cotswolds Camping at Far Peak tends to be enjoyed by those who want a simple campsite. We encourage individuals, couples, quiet groups and families to stay. We do not have a shop or playground however there is space to play ball and for children to explore.

There is a pub within walking distance across the fields and more further a field for those who like a longer walk or short drive. All the amenities of the Cotswold village of Northleach are 1 mile from the site.

Brook Meadow's landscaped, lakeside camping and caravan area can accommodate 12 units on hardstanding plus 6 more on grass for tents all with electric hook-up. The area has its own chemical disposal point, a laundry room, showers and disabled toilet facilities in the nearby fishing lodge.

For the Fisherman there is a five acre coarse fishing lake, fully stocked with mature carp up to 25lbs and tench to 7lbs. The lake has been naturally landscaped by the planting of many trees and shrubs.

A large site in the Soar valley, for families and individual couples. Located next to the river Soar with plenty of space for camping and touring caravans as well as holiday statics, boat moorings and fishing. Basic facilities, but plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Leicestershire countryside.

Touring or camping pitches with electric hookups are provided near to the entrance with easy access to the village of Barrow upon Soar. For the more hardy there is the opportunity to set up in the fields away from the services, but amongst the wildlife. The site also has its own fishing lake which is open year round.

The site offers 123 pitches, on grass (and with a growing number of hard standings) all with electric hook-up (16amp). A limited number of seasonal pitches are available and rallies can be catered for. There is a small site shop selling basic necessities such as bottled gas, chemicals, groceries, bread, milk and ice cream. Newspapers can be ordered daily.

Dogs are welcome and a designated dog walk has been established through part of the Estate woodland. We would ask however, that they are kept on a lead whilst on the main site.
