Our new fully equipped shower and toilet block includes disabled facilities. It is pleasantly decorated and maintained to tourist board standards. Incorporated within the building is a covered dishwashing area. Showers and hot water are free.

We are ideally located equal distance between Aberaeron and New Quay benefiting from the natural splendor of the rural landscape. The area boasts many attractions from fishing to horse riding (both available in walking distance), go-karting or simply walking along the nearby coastal paths. For the less energetic you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful scenery of rural Ceredigion.

A warm Welsh welcome awaits you at Cwmsaeson caravan Park. Set in unspoilt surroundings on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Derwen-Gam (Oakford). We are ideally located equal distance between the popular coastal towns of Aberaeron and New Quay with easy access to the whole of the county of Ceredigion.

Relaxing and enjoying the beautiful
scenery and wonderful beaches is easy
if that's what you want
but you may also like to try walking the spectacular coastal paths, sailing
surfing or dolphin watching.

Much of the Ceredigion coastline is designated heritage coast and work in completing a coastal path running the whole 60 miles of coastline is nearly complete. The bay is also home to a resident population of some 130 bottle nose dolphins (these can often be seen from the quay in New Quay).

The coast is dotted with picturesque villages and small towns which are well worth exploring. New Quay and Aberaeron are a mecca with tourists and the coves at Llangranog and Cwmtydu are always popular.

One of the most popular events is the
Welsh Cob festival held in Aberaeron
each year, attracting Welsh Cob and
horse enthusiasts from
around the country.

This is followed a couple of weeks later with the Aberaeron Carnival, arguably the best in Wales. A Jazz band leads the procession which starts at 1:30 from the Harbour master on the quay.

Within walking distance you can go fishing or pony trekking and with a short drive, you can be go-carting, cycling one of the many scenic cycle paths or visit one of the many tourist attractions. A short drive inland will let you explore the often over looked Cambrian mountains with some spectacular views and world class mountain bike trails.
