Pear Tree is a small sheltered Touring Park on the edge of the Purbecks and about 5 miles west of Poole and is open from Easter until early October each year.
The park is very picturesque, with a quiet relaxing atmosphere and caters mainly for couples and families with young children.
Everything is quiet after 10.30 in the evening, so if you are looking for a peaceful holiday, without an on-site bar or entertainment, Pear Tree should be ideal for you.

All of our Caravan and Motor Home pitches are individually numbered and all have a
10A electric hook-up.
Our fully serviced pitches, sometimes called super pitches, have a water supply and grey water drainage at your pitch.
|
|
We have a separate un-spoilt area of the park which is set aside for tents.
The tent pitches are all individually numbered and are allocated when you make a booking. Our pitches are fairly big and most can accommodate large modern tents. You can also park beside your tent.
Electric hook-ups are now standard with the majority tent pitches.
We do not charge for gazebo's, however if you are intending to use one, you need to make this clear when booking so that we make sure you will have enough space.
|
 |
Some serviced pitches also have all
weather hard standings.
Serviced pitches, particularly those
with hardstandings, are very popular
and usually need to be booked
in advance.
|
If you make it clear when booking, we can accommodate Motor Homes up to 10 metres (32 feet) in length.
Most pitches face west so have sun for much of the day.
Well controlled dogs are welcome, there is a family pub a few minutes walk from the site and buses to Poole and Swanage stop just outside our gate.
