Tobermory Campsite lies only 1½ miles from Tobermory, about a 20 minute walk. On arrival at the small roundabout at the top of the town, take the road signposted 'Dervaig (B8073) and you will see us on your left after you have passed the Island Bakery premises. The campsite combines the advantages of being in the countryside with the benefits of close proximity to the town

We are a small, friendly campsite situated
beside a picturesque burn and woodland.
Tobermory Campsite is the closest campsite
to 'Balamory' - very important for our younger campers! (Balamory is the children's TV programme filmed in and around Tobermory).
Tobermory has pubs, restaurants, a Co-op supermarket, bakery, Clydesdale Bank and
even an award winning fish & chip van! It is
also a good starting point for boat trips
and wildlife excursions.

Car parking (No vehicles allowed on the grass) Electric hook-ups (5) are also available but space is limited and booking is essential. A £10 deposit is requested to secure a hook-up pitch Dogs welcome - must be on leads at all times in the campsite |

Friendly, privately owned, family run site. Benefiting from an open, level and well drained field, with fine views of Wigtown Bay and surrounding hills

The site has a modern, heated, spacious
and well equipped shower/toilet block
which includes a separate
family/disabled shower room.

There is an indoor playroom and sitting area. Woodland dog walk one mile from the site. Dishwashing facilities, with washing machine, dryer and ice-pack freezer. Secure lock up storage for bikes and boats (subject to availability).
Great walks, fresh air, scenery, food all on tap with LOTS of peace and quite!
Total get away from it all safe camp site, with breath taking night skies!

A 7-acre level park, 3 acres of which is a touring site for caravans, tents and motor homes with electric hook-up, available on grass or hard-standing. We also have a range of static caravans. Seasonal tourers always welcome either annually or for summer or winter months.
From our well-stocked, licensed shop on site we try to cater for your every need by way of groceries, meat, fruit and vegetables, bakery goods, milk, daily papers, etc. On site we have a children's play-area, river areas for bathing or boating as well as trout fishing for which permits are available at the site shop.
