Birch Bank Farm is a small family run farm and has been in the family since 1844 . The farm is set in the Cheshire countryside and all that can been seen any direction from the camp site are surrounding fields and hill sides.

The farm itself is about 100 acres on
which is grown cattle feeds for the
winter months.

The camp site itself is located 3 miles
outside of the city centre and so is very
handy for people wishing to see the city
and all that it has to offer and yet far
enough away from the hustle and bustle
of city life.

The camp site provides male and female toilets with wash facilities.
Male and female showers with changing facilities.
During the summer months we also have freezers for ice packs.
There are water points located around the camp site and appropriate washing facilities for cooking utensils.
For caravans, motor homes and tents there are electrical hook-ups available
(for an extra cost)
On site there is also a chemical toilet disposal point.
The camp site is open from May 1st until October 31st.
We also run a recycling scheme that we ask all visitors to follow.

KNEPS FARM HOLIDAY PARK is situated adjacent to the Wyre Estuary Country Park at Stanah, east of Thornton-Cleveleys, a distance of 7 miles from Blackpool's World Famous Tower
It is owned and managed by the Porter Family and has been superbly developed over the years since they established
it in 1967.

The Park has it's own well stocked and Licenced Convenience Store, a modern Launderette and for children a safe and secure Playground. The Park is well illuminated at night and has the added security benefit of 24 hour pass card operated entry and exit barriers.

The Regions excellent Motorway network is only 8 miles away and the
local A and B roads provide easy access into the Wyre District and
the surrounding areas.

Being so close to Blackpool, there are countless Attractions throughout the season such as the Pleasure Beach where you will find the "Pepsi Max Big One", Europe's Tallest and Fastest Rollercoaster; Blackpool Tower including the famous Circus and Ballroom and at the many Theatres, a vast array of Shows, that have never been better. All this is complimented in the Autumn by the Jewel in Blackpool's Crown, the World Famous Illuminations that shine nightly along 5 miles of the Promenade.

Many of our clients however, prefer the more sedate pace of the other towns along the Fylde Coast, like Lytham St. Anne's, Cleveleys and Fleetwood, where for shopaholics there is the Freeport Leisure Village. There are also several Leisure Centres, Swimming Pools, & Fitness Studio's and Golf Courses within the Wyre District. Looking further afield, the Forest of Bowland, the Yorkshire Dales and the magnificence of the English Lake District are all within easy motoring distance.
