Keen walkers would have to look long and hard for more spectacular countryside in which to spend their days. Anglers will find that, salmon, trout and sea trout can be fished for in local rivers and lakes, in season and with a permit, and sea fishing trips are available at Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Conwy and Llandudno. You can also enjoy beach casting at Dinas Dinlle, famed for its bass fishing in the surf.
