Wylie Park Campground - Aberdeen, SD
Wylie Park is a beautiful 210-acre park located one mile north of Aberdeen on U.S. Highway 281. The park caters to the needs of the citizens of Aberdeenand tourists alike. A myriad of recreational opportunities are available including camping, picnicking and playground areas, swimming beach, miniature golf, softball, volleyball, horseshoes and miles of rambling recreational trails through-out the park. The park abounds in special attractions such as Storybook Land, the Land of Oz and wildlife exhibits featuring deer, elk, buffalo and a variety of birds.

Keiner Kampground - Chamberlain, SD
Our Campground is located at the Elm Creek Recreation Area south of Chamberlain, South Dakota. We are along the Missouri River in a quiet and peaceful setting. Chamberlain is located on Interstate 90 which is centrally located in South Dakota.


Bob's Resort - Gettysburg, SD

Kennebec KOA - Kennebec, SD
This KOA is a great place to stay on your way to and from the Black Hills or Yellowstone. Let the kids burn off pent-up energy in the large pool and separate wading pool or amuse themselves in the playgrounds or video arcade while adults relax in the hot tub. From early June through late August, your hosts cook breakfast and supper to order at the Chuckwagon next to the picnic shelter, where you can catch up on TV news or select a movie. All RV sites are pull thrus; many can accommodate today’s longer RVs and offer cable TV and phone service. Many tent and RV sites have shade trees. You can even stay in a teepee!

Belvidere East KOA - Midland, SD

24 Sites offer full hook-ups: water, sewer, electricity and cable TV, on asphalt pads. These sites offer a charcoal grill, fire ring and picnic table wiht a cement patio.
15 Sites have water, electricity and cable TV on neatly groomed gravel pads. Each of these sites has a picnic table and fire ring. There is a dump station nearby.
Nature lovers can choose from 20 tent sites; some along the river bank others near trees. Each has a picnic table and fire ring.

Schmidt's Landing Resort - Big Stone City, SD
Jim and Donna have owned Schmidt's Landing since July 1994. Since then they have continually worked to improve the facilities creating the ideal private location for your vacation, family gathering, or group meetings. Fishing is just one highlight that brings people to Big Stone Lake, of course there are a lot of other attractions: wildlife refuge, large boat excursions, antique shopping, craft stores, large indoor recreation facility, golf courses and all within a half-hour drive.

Lake Thompson - De Smet, SD
Overnight camping is available. Most of the over 100 campsites have electrical hookups and a fire ring and picnic table. Two camping cabins offer breathtaking views of the lake. The group rental lodge, a newly remodeled farm house, is perfect for large group reunions, family functions or hunting trips. The 5-bedroom facility includes a comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen with major appliances, two full bathrooms with showers and nice outdoor deck with gas grill. Nearby space is also available for campers, complete with electrical hookups. Bring your bicycles the roads are now paved!

Codington County Memorial Park - Codington County
Memorial Park is a 160 acre campground, picnic area that is located on the shores of Lake Kampeska

The Codington County maintenance supervisor is responsible for the operation/upkeep of the 160 acre park and campground. The maintenance supervisor oversees the rental of camp spaces, building rentals, general maintenance on all buildings and grounds associated with Memorial Park.

There are 80 camp sites including full service electrical, and tenting areas. There is a swimming area, boat launch, playground area, hiking trail and reunion buildings.

Melgaard Park Campground - Aberdeen
The campground is located in a beautiful 25-acre city park that has tennis courts, a basketball court, horseshoe courts, playgrounds and picnic facilities. There are 15 campsites with electricity at each site. Modern shower and restroom facilities and a dumping station are also available. Open April 1 through October 31,
