- 95 unimproved sites are located in River Road II, Sandy Beach

Roman Nose Resort Park - Watonga, OK
Once
a winter campground of the Cheyenne tribe, this area now is a
scenic retreat set on a canyon bluff that over-looks ancient
mesas. Towering cedar, buffalo grass and wild blue sage add to
the beauty of this legendary setting, and to the enjoyment of
the many recreational activities.
Little Sahara State Park - Waynoka, OK
Little
Sahara State Park is located in NW Oklahoma, south of Waynoka.
Little Sahara offers over 1600 acres of rideable sand dunes ranging
in height from 25 to 75 feet.
Amenities include
showers, picnic areas, dune buggy tours, RV hookups with electric/water
and tent sites. Seasonal concessions provide refreshment, and
fuel and grocery are located nearby.

Boiling Springs State Park - Woodward, OK
Located
in Red Carpet Country, this park is famous for its cool springs
that gurgle up through the white sands of the North Canadian
River. Combining stunning wooded beauty and a unique western
heritage, Boiling Springs is an oasis on the plains.

Bell Cow Lake Equestrian Campground - Chandler, OK
The
equestrian campgrounds are public with day and overnight camping.
The camp is big, open, and well-maintained. There is room for
even the largest trailers.
Primitive and
RV sites are available with picket poles. RV sites have electrical
hook-up, water, picnic table, and grills. There are clean restrooms
with hot showers. A manure dump station is located in the campground.
You are asked to deposit your bagged manure and old hay at this
location. There is also a horse cleaning area with a chute where
you can hose down your horse or give them a bath. The lighted
pavilion is handy for meetings or family reunion.
Oklahoma City East KOA - Choctaw, OK
Though
this campground spreads over a quiet, parklike setting of big
shade trees and broad lawns, its only a 15-minute drive
from the bustling heart of downtown Oklahoma City.
Get a glimpse
of the citys cowboy heritage at Stockyards City, one of
the largest stocker-feeder cattle markets in the world. While
in town, shop for Western clothes and riding tack, and fill up
on prime steaks. Take a canal barge ride in Bricktown, a shopping
and dining enclave in refurbished downtown
El Reno West KOA - El Reno, OK
Vast
herds of buffalo once roamed Oklahoma, and a herd of the shaggy
beasts still hangs around this KOA about an hours drive
west of Oklahoma City. The buffalo (in a pen, of course!) are
just one reminder of this regions colorful frontier heritage.
At Fort Reno, tour 25 buildings of the historic post founded
in 1875. Costumed interpreters ~portray cavalrymen, Native Americans,
scouts and settlers.
KOAs
paved roads lead to shady campsites, a swimming pool, game room,
pet walk and a fishing pond that yields lunkers to determined
anglers. Youre within walking distance of the neighboring
Cherokee Trading Post and Restaurant. Make time to visit Stockyards
City in Oklahoma City and browse the exhibits at its National
Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. Yeehaw!

Park is fairly close to several attractions. For Example: Tulsa
University is 21 miles east of the park, Tulsa Civic Center is
16 miles east of the park, Oral Roberts University is 25 miles
southeast of the park, Tulsa Fair Grounds and Bells Amusement
Park is 22 miles east of the park, and the new Tulsa Aquarium

We have campgrounds

think we have the finest campgrounds on the Illinois River. There
is one mile of riverfront, and over 50 acres of camping area
on Sparrow Hawk Camp. We have both modern campsites, with modern
restrooms, showers, and electrical hookups, and natural campsites,
with only picnic tables and trash cans. In the main camping area,
we have playground equipment for the young and the young at heart
( slides, swings, trampolines, water log roll, volleyball court,
horseshoes, frisbees, softball, etc. ).

walkers in our 25 acre grounds.

on each site and we have 50 amp sites for big rigs in addition
to 30 amps, and also have CABLE TV.
We are within
walking distance of 8 eating establishments featuring locally
owned restaurants that provide home cooked breakfasts, family
buffet, barbeque, and Mexican.
Across the
street from the park are McDonald's, Long John Silver's, Arby's,
and a Denny's. Also, we are near a Family Fun Center and an 18
hole golf course. We have been told that our new clubhouse is
one of the nicest the groups have ever used. Our park is THE
HIGHEST RATED IN OKLAHOMA ASSOCIATION OF RV PARKS AND CAMPGROUNDS
